We have a zero returns policy. However, our 2-year warranty requires us to fix or replace any faulty parts or any parts damaged upon arrival. More information on this can be found in our warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Premium Bin Stores offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for all bin store covers. This warranty covers natural malfunctions such as unnaturally warped materials, or stuck steel fittings. If any defects occur within the warranty period under normal usage, the product will be repaired or replaced.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: - Scratching, dents, or other customer-caused damage - Damage from improper installation or misuse - Wear and tear from extreme weather conditions - Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Warranty Conditions:
1. The product must be used for its intended purpose and maintained according to the provided care instructions.
2. The product must not have been altered or tampered with in any way.
3. The warranty is valid only when the product has been properly used and maintained.
Claim Process:
To claim under this warranty, please contact Premium Bin Stores at info@premiumbinstores.co.uk or call +44 (0) 3335775508. Provide the following: - Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) - Description of the issue - Photos of the damaged cover and any supporting documentation, such as installation details, if required. Once a claim is made, Premium Bin Stores will assess the situation and determine whether the warranty applies. If a valid claim is made, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
Exclusions: The warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, damage from extreme weather conditions, or unauthorised modifications. Normal wear and tear are not covered.
Limitation of Liability: This warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use or loss of profits. Premium Bin Stores’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Legal: This warranty is governed by the laws of the UK and any applicable consumer protection laws. If any part of this warranty is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
